Each of our menus are hand-customized, tailored to each of our clients’ unique tastes, budgets, and chosen event themes ensuring that your menu is truly distinctive and delicious!
Our Catering Brochure contains lists of the various menu items that we offer. As a fully-customizable catering company, we have no set prices for our menus or menu items. This allows us the flexibility to adjust your event to fit your budget and exceed your expectations!

At Artichoke’s events, the exquisite cuisine is just the icing on the cake! With your event in the hands of our skilled and passionate planners, we have the capability to provide you with everything you need to bring your dream event to life.
With our broad network of vendor connections, Artichoke can provide you with any tables, chairs, linens, napkins, flatware, glasses, lighting, tents, dancefloors, and other rentals that you may need for your event.
Don’t worry about the mess; we’ve got it. Our team of off-premise service staff are with you for the duration of your event. From setting up, to passing hors d’oeuvres, to bartending, to cleaning up afterwards, our service staff is there to ensure that your event runs smoothly from start to finish so you can sit back and be a guest at your own event!

Once you make your menu selections from our Catering Brochure, our event planners create your custom menu and send it over to our chefs along with all other details for your event for pricing.
Pricing is relative to many factors, including menu, number of guests, venue, rentals, service staff, and other services provided by Artichoke.
Once our planner receives pricing from our chefs, an invoice is created for your event and emailed to you along with your custom menu for review.
Once your menu and invoice are finalized, we require a 10% deposit to secure your date, venue, menu, rentals, and service staff no later than 5 days prior to your event.
After your event, invoice adjustments are made for any fluctuations in service staff hours or rentals and the remaining balance reflected on the updated invoice is emailed to you for review and payment through our accountant due within 7 days following your event.
