Richard has been the Chef of Artichoke and Company for close to 15 years. Richard’s background in the culinary industry is full of depth. From the Ritz Carlton to Naples Grande, Richard has the culinary knowledge of a Master Chef. Richard’s dedication and passion for quality makes him a great asset to Artichoke and Company and your event.
Justin Blackshear
Chef Justin has been in the industry for over 25 years. He was involved in the opening of several FGCU restaurants & establishments. He has cooked for Bill Clinton & George Bush at the Duquesne Club in Downtown Pittsburgh. He makes desserts that are to die for and we are very thankful to have him be a part of the Artichoke team.
