Artichoke and Company has proudly been serving South Florida for over twenty five years. From a sophisticated intimate dinner party with close friends to prestigious galas, we can do it all. Artichoke and Company’s goal is to surpass our clients’ expectations.

Brian has gained much of his culinary expertise in New York at one of the country’s highest rated restaurants, Bouley. Food has been Brian’s passion since a very young age. Brian has traveled and cooked in many different countries all around the world and has worked with chefs such as David Bouley, Joel Robuchon, Mario Batali, and Bobby Flay.

She’s  a crucial member of our team who will make sure she exceeds each client’s expectations no matter what it takes.

Chef Justin has been in the industry for over 25 years. He was involved in the opening of several FGCU restaurants & establishments. He has cooked for Bill Clinton & George Bush at the Duquesne Club in Downtown Pittsburgh. He makes desserts that are to die for and we are very thankful to have him be a part of the Artichoke team.
