Brian has gained much of his culinary expertise in New York at one of the country’s highest rated restaurants, Bouley. Food has been Brian’s passion since a very young age. Brian has traveled and cooked in many different countries all around the world and has worked with chefs such as David Bouley, Joel Robuchon, Mario Batali, and Bobby Flay.

Kent is originally from Delaware & has spent the majority of his career specifically in the catering industry. He has had the pleasure of cooking for Joe Biden on numerous occasions. Kent is a very important member of our team and bring so much creativity to our menus & events.

Chef Justin has been in the industry for over 25 years. He was involved in the opening of several FGCU restaurants & establishments. He has cooked for Bill Clinton & George Bush at the Duquesne Club in Downtown Pittsburgh. He makes desserts that are to die for and we are very thankful to have him be a part of the Artichoke team.

Artichoke & Co. catered my February wedding in Fort Myers. Their staff was very responsive from the beginning of the planning process all the way through the night-of. They have an extensive menu to choose from and were very flexible on our very specific alcohol and mixer requests. We got a lot of compliments about the food and the meals were delicious! Their servers were all incredibly attentive as well. I would 100% recommend them!
