Brian has gained much of his culinary expertise in New York at one of the country’s highest rated restaurants, Bouley. Food has been Brian’s passion since a very young age. Brian has traveled and cooked in many different countries all around the world and has worked with chefs such as David Bouley, Joel Robuchon, Mario Batali, and Bobby Flay.

Dara has built an outstanding reputation with our clients and Southwest Florida! Dara is an essential part of our team handling many tasks from public relations to making sure you and your event are taken care of. Dara will surely go above and beyond to surpass your expectations and make your dream day come to life.
Richard has been the Chef of Artichoke and Company for close to 15 years. Richard’s background in the culinary industry is full of depth. From the Ritz Carlton to Naples Grande, Richard has the culinary knowledge of a Master Chef. Richard’s dedication and passion for quality makes him a great asset to Artichoke and Company and your event.
Kaylee has been in the hospitality industry for over 9 years. She has a degree in resort & hospitality management from Florida Gulf Coast University. She has a passion for everything weddings & events! She’s extremely detail oriented and ensures her client’s events are exactly how they were envisioning them. She’s a crucial member of our team who will make sure she exceeds each client’s expectations no matter what it takes.
Chief Operating Officer
Chef Justin has been in the industry for over 25 years. He was involved in the opening of several FGCU restaurants & establishments. He has cooked for Bill Clinton & George Bush at the Duquesne Club in Downtown Pittsburgh. He makes desserts that are to die for and we are very thankful to have him be a part of the Artichoke team.
