Brian has gained much of his culinary expertise in New York at one of the country’s highest rated restaurants, Bouley. Food has been Brian’s passion since a very young age. Brian has traveled and cooked in many different countries all around the world and has worked with chefs such as David Bouley, Joel Robuchon, Mario Batali, and Bobby Flay.
Owner, Senior Wedding Planner Dara has built an outstanding reputation with our clients and Southwest Florida! Dara is an essential part of our team handling many tasks from public relations to making sure you and your event are taken care of. Dara will surely go above and beyond to surpass your expectations.
Richard has been the Chef of Artichoke and Company for close to 10 years. Richard’s background in the culinary industry is full of depth. From the Ritz Carlton to Naples Grande, Richard has the culinary knowledge of a Master Chef. Richard’s dedication and passion for quality makes him a great asset to Artichoke and Company and your event.
